Confirmed. Once the Wendy's chicken sandwich offer has been redeem, you can add another code in the same account for another offer. If you only order only the free chicken sandwich, no payment info is needed. If you make 2 accounts, you can order a sandwich from each account for Mr. and Mrs. "You" for one pickup.

The spicy chicken sandwich has a mild kick, decent chicken, and little crunch. 3 / 5, great for free, wouldn't pay $6 for it.

Many don't edit their requests after receiving a code. I sent twiggy_alien_man a code as soon as he posted. He has not confirmed receipt so he may not be checking his messages.
