When I looked, shipping date was not until around March 14th for me. I was able to get Best Buy to price match with expected receipt on 2/28.
This comes at a good time, one of my dogs found my old one and decided to chew the hose up to the cuff. This one is a LOT nicer than the one it is replacing.
I like the OMRON wrist ones much more. I recently bought an OMRON upper arm cuff version like this one as folks online say they are more accurate than the wrist ones, but I found that to be not true. You just have to use the wrist ones a specific way and they are quite accurate. You have to be seated and hold your left wrist against your chest at heart level. I returned the upper arm version as the wrist one is much easier to use and takes up much less space.
Here are the instructions for a wrist monitor from the AMA:
Omron was what was recommended to me by my doctor. The idea was that it records your blood pressure on their app and then it can be uploaded to him. News flash! I'm fairly tech savvy, and I can get it to record about 20% of the time. Even when I use the little force feature to sync it, it does not work either. So I get about one out of five readings recorded on that app. I don't know if it's the device or the app, but it's one of the two. Hope that is helpful in making a decision for you.

If you have health insurance - check to see if you can get a free BP monitor from your insurance.
My plan, Blue Cross, had some program where I had my doctor fill out a form saying it was needed, I sent it in and they sent me a free BP monitor - it was an Omron.
