Remember, the 1500 Min/Text/1500MB Data isn't per month, it's per year. That's just slightly over 4 mins/texts/mb of data per day.
The "per year" actually works in my favor. I get these as spare phones for when my kid goes to a sleepover, or a guest from a different country finds their phone doesn't work here, etc.
It's just nice to have a handset in a desk drawer, charged and ready to lend out for a while. And when service expires I unlock the phone and it serves as a backup of any if our regular phones breaks, so I don't need to rush for a replacement.
Remember, the Moto G Play '24 2-pack deal is also still live and is a much better phone, double the ram and capacity

This phone is so bad compared to the 24. I purchased this last month and now they can bearly open my amazon app. My G play 24 is much better and less bulkier. Only reason to buy these is to harves minutes

have you dumped the Uneeded Aps on this phone? go ahead and speeeed yur phone up.

Amazon runs fine. or go to the 24, which i may get next year too.

The 2023 is not worth saving $30 or so over the 2024. The 2024 has 4gb vs 3gb and 64gb vs 32gb. Having collected cheap phones for backup, kids wifi phones I can tell you it's well worth the bit extra, or wait for the 2025.

Spectrum offers $710 trade in value for this phone for the new Samsung s25. If you are buying this for the trade-in, I'm offering $10 agc per plan to extend my service.
Is this the thread you are referring to: https://slickdeals.net/f/18073162-spectrum-samsung-galaxy-s25-256-gb-with-iphone-13-trade-in-6-credit-need-spectrum-internet-0?src=SDSearchv3&attrsrc=Thread%3AExpired%3AFalse%7CSearch%3AType%3Anormal%7CSearch%3ASort%3Arelevance%7CSearch%3AHideExpired%3Afalse
And do we have to activate the phone first, or can we just flip it after receiving it? And how do you go about transferring the service to another (if you haven't activated the phone - is there a wiki for this?

Can I use this plan to activate phone in USA and then access only the phone number from overseas for one time code or text message? Basically, the phone can be left in USA but I can use the number through online portl or App?
You can turn on WiFi calling. The call/text would work as long as it has Internet (WiFi) connection.

Wifi calling will work with the phone in hand. The question was about accessing a text to the phone number while abroad when the phone is still in the US. I don't think that's possible -- there is no option to receive a text in the app or on the website account.

You're correct. The original question stated "the phone CAN be left in USA". I thought staying in US part is optional.

Good deal unless you are one of the millions of people that believe that you can't breathe if you don't have a cellphone in their hand 24/7/365, and let it control every aspect of your life.

If I tap into my home Wi-Fi or like a hotel's Wi-Fi when I'm traveling that doesn't count against my data and minutes, correct?

Not against your data, but wifi calls do count against your minutes.

You could use an app such as Google Voice for calling on Wifi that doesn't count against your balance.

You can buy a US phone number from NumberBarn.com, it's like $2 a month, used to be. It'll send you an email when you have a text or voice message. Then you'll need to access the website, login w/ your info, it'll have what looks like your phones message app for you to reply back or listen to voicemails.

So, you will need to hope CS can do that. You missed the opportunity to do that. You should have activated the first one choosing to keep your number from your existing account and then do the same with the second.

If your original phone is deactivated because you activated the new phones keeping your number, you should be able to reactivate the original phone, again keeping your number. Take screen shots of your balance, just for documentation.
If you have 2 different numbers, you have to contact customer service and ask to transfer the B balance to phone A (original) and deactivate phone B.

Thank you. I like more clarification on:

1. Is there a better way to add these new hsn/qvc plan directly stacked on current phone?

2. I followed the DIY guide - got my original phone and one donor phone deactivated. I have one original number and all plans combined. Did I do the transfer correctly?

3. I did take screenshots just incase. Whats the preferred method to get the stacked plans on to original phone, webchat or online or calling?

TIA.
