I went ahead and done and bought it, thanks for posting! Besides 165hz vs 240hz, I don't see any meaningful difference between this and the other monitors using this LG OLED panel

Any way to get Amazon to price match? It seems like when you try to submit newegg to amazon with a lower price it thinks the website has errors and won't accept it

Pretty good price! OLED monitors drop like a rock within 6-8 months of release, and there's always a next generation slowly creeping up. Got my 3rd gen 27' 1440p QD-OLED used this way. Still the "latest" OLED but got for $480 used.

If you guys are looking for 27 1440p or 32 4k, take a look at your local fb marketplace or eBay.

Lots of RTX 50 series buyers (and scalpers 😂) are buying a bunch of bundles to get a card that include a variety of newer gen OLED monitors. And I mean lots- Newegg, Asus and MSI are forcing a lot of their cards to be bought in bundles…

Lots of people will be trying to get rid of those monitors and recoup the already eye watering amount of money they spent on overpriced GPU's

The seller is still Newegg, so may as well buy direct from them!

Good price for a very well-reviewed monitor. This is one of the best for non-gaming too (e.g. photo/video editing) as long as you're conscious of the burn-in risk. As long as you use the monitor sensibly, there should be little chance of any serious burn-in issues with QD-OLED and Gigabite do cover this in their 3 year warranty. I just bought one myself.

I wonder how low prices can go for this gen of 4k OLEDs. The 2025 gen hasn't hit the market yet. Can the prices go even lower?

Pretty good price, the only downside seems to be the 17W Power Delivery via the USB-C
So anyone using this to charge/display out their laptop is going to be mega-disappointed

Yes, that Type-C port is not meant for single Cable operation but for KVM Switch purpose which allows 2 devices to be connected to this monitor and share same peripherals like Headphone, Keyboard and Mouse, if connected to the USB-A ports of the monitor.

This is not an LG panel, they do not make QD-OLEDs

Is it worth the extra $200 for the 240Hz version with the more ports? Also any idea how these perform with like a Mac Mini M4?

Same panel as the Alienware, and that has been down in the $500s.

Any advantages to this one?

Which Alienware are you referring to? I'm not aware of one equivalent to this Aorus (Samsung panel).

Is it true that text rendering by OLED monitors is just meh?
