For those who don't know, Chase [chase.com] is celebrating 15th anniversary of the Chase Freedom card.
To that end, for Chase Freedom and Chase Freedom Flex card holders, there is an additional 5% bonus category for March only, which is Tax Preparation and Insurance. This is in addition to NCL, Grocery Stores, Gyms, and Hair/Nail/Spa.
Hopefully, this helps those that still need to file their taxes. And 5% off those large insurance premiums is always appreciated.

GEICO auto didn't credit 5x for me despite being recorded as "Merchant type:
Insurance sales, underwriting and premiums"
Please let us know if you can fix it.. I already paid with unlimited last week and activated this now.. may be I can ask them to revert the old transaction and I can pay with this card if it works
+ 1% (1 Pt)/$1 earned on all purchases
Calling in won't help since quarterly bonus categories are not a part of how that card is structured (i.e. "unlimited" purchases at 1.5x earnings, as opposed to 5x on certain rotating categories and 1x on everything else).

Great point. Those of us deep in the points & miles game know that it's only:
- Chase Freedom
- Chase Freedom Flex
...but reading through the thread, it's clear that the unspecific title "Select Chase cardholders" created confusion for a lot of people.
