ELIGIBILITY: Nutella ® Stacks For Giving Back Sweepstakes(the "Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid email account as of the date of entry ("Eligible Entrants or nominators").
Timing: The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 25, 2025 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2025
Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: Ten minute Zoom® call** meet and greet with Alex Guarnaschelli (chef and TV host). Call is subject to availability, advanced notice requirements and blackout dates. Call must be completed no later than 5/15/24. Agenda of call to be determined by Sponsor and management and representation of Alex Guarnaschelli, without input from winner. Winner must behave in an appropriate, well-behaved and courteous manner during call, treating Alex Guarnaschelli with due respect. Any violation may result in immediate termination of call, with Sponsor and management and representation of Alex Guarnaschelli disclaiming any and all liability for same and may expose winner to legal sanctions. Winner may not invite other persons to take part in call without prior written permission of Sponsor and management and representation of Alex Guarnaschelli in their sole discretion. Call may not be recorded by winner without prior written permission of Sponsor and management and representation of Alex Guarnaschelli in their sole discretion. Sponsor MAY record call for promotional/advertising/trade use.
