Be sure to research T-Mobile's locking policy and the fine print of the agreement. Basically you are locking yourself and the phone for 2 years with absolutely no way to unlock it, you can't pay off early, and you will be stuck with T-Mobile for years or you lose the bill credits.

See previous threads here on T-Mobile. They have become really consumer unfriendly in the last couple of years.

1) To check if your plan qualifies, log in and see if you have the promotion... verify by submitting your trade-in phone estimate. It's common sense. YES, most likely Simple Choice plan will qualify for this.

2) Phone cannot be cracked in the screen and no moisture/water damage. Also, cannot have destroyed pixels and dead spots. The back of the phone can have some wear & tear and cracks.

3) Best deal is to buy a Samsung S10 from eBay for your trade-in. This promotion will probably last another two weeks based on what they are saying from the subreddit.

4) You can get $100 Costco cashcard for being a Costco member. You can call or in-store. I've done both. I would probably call as it was quicker and just as simple. You also don't need to bring the phone with you. Just an IMEI. Just make sure the phone you are submitting qualifies or else you're going to be in a heap of trouble submitting the IMEI of a phone that might come cracked, etc.,

5) You can ship your trade-in phone or bring it in to a T-Mobile corporate store. Just tell them you have a phone to trade in... They will do basic checks and automatically approve your phone for trade-in on the spot. Saves you the hassle of UPS losing your trade-in phone during shipment.

Most of these questions have been asked... Just look at the old T-Mobile thread from two weeks ago.

Sprint would have free new iPhones with trade-ins with same 2 year commitment. T-Mobile also a few years back. This, their best offer, plain sucks!

Is anyone able to order through Costco T-Mobile number? I tried twice and they are asking me to use the TLife app that will not be eligible for $100 offer.

Looks like the $500 offer for legacy plans are dead. T-mobile one plans no longer qualify.

Should I upgrade Iphon13 to Iphone16e?
Camera is lacking on iPhone16e. I don't care that much about the missing telephoto but wide lenses camera is necessary when travel and taking photo with backgrounds (which is usually the purpose of traveling, seeing staff ). Better cough up and get the regular 16 at least.

Source? Was able to get my in laws in on this yesterday at Costco on the one 55+ plan, the $100 Costco cash plan was still active too.

Only annoying this is that they had to turn off stolen device protection (to turn off find my) so the agent could check it off as part of the list (even though the kiosk was just ordering iPhone because the kiosks don't have inventory on hand)

I was just able to upgrade my iPhone 12 by calling the Costco T-Mobile number. One weird thing.. the financing agreement DocuSign that I had to e-sign only showed the $75 trade in value of my phone and not the full $500, and showed a much higher monthly payment value. The customer rep told me that's the pre trade-in value and that I'll start receiving the monthly credit once they receive the trade-in. Was it the same for you guys?

iPhone sales must be slow... bet they have a better deal after this one..
We are about 6 months into the new phone cycle. They usually have decent deals this time of year.
