FYI, Samsung is releasing new appliances at the end of March. I think i read that it is hybrid cooling system with a Peltier module.

We have a Samsung Bespoke 4 door fridge with the SmartHub. It's been pretty good thus far.

However, I'm not sure why they are going to use peltiers in the new one. I did just read an article about the updated models with Peltiers. Peltiers are very inefficient compared to a compressor(which it still has). Seems kind of gimmicky. I wouldn't hold out for this. Definitely not for the first year that they implement it.

I bought my house in 2019 and bought Samsung for my washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove because I couldn't afford to buy nicer things.

Haven't had an issue in 6 years and I don't necessarily take care of them all that well.

I did buy the non-bespoke model of the four-door with beverage center, and water stopped flowing literally a month after my 2-year warranty ended. Like, it can't fill the pitcher, and definitely can't make ice. So if you do get one, I would get at least a 3-year warranty lol. Otherwise though, I do really like the fridge. Never used the beverage center that much though.

Do keep in mind that the sides of the doors on the bespoke model are black plastic, and not stainless steel wrapped around like on most refrigerators. I only say this because I was going to get a bespoke, but my wife and I thought it was ugly, so we got the non-bespoke model. Much better having the stainless steel wrap around the door and not just end at the edge.

I had an auto stop piece break off from the bottom of the door and the ext warranty is cutting me a check for $1999, but can't find the correlated door in stock anywhere. Oh well I guess!

I bought this model last summer, and it's been great - no issues at all. The Auto Open Door feature is super handy and gets used a lot in my house.

This Bespoke line is the only Samsung appliance I'd recommend. Stay away from everything else!

I am slowly getting rid of Samsung from my house. They play inflated MSRP game, introduce a lot of cost cutting, gimmicky features like AI and have atrocious customer support. You just not getting value.

Have this same exact Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator since 2022 and have had 0 issues. The ice maker is in the freezer bay which produces ice with 0 issues. It isn't like the old style where the ice maker was insulated in the fridge section which I believe caused a lot of the issues people were seeing in the past with ice machines freezing up. The flex 4 bay is really nice where it can be converted from fridge/freezer depending on what you need. As much as Samsung gets hatred for their fridges, I feel that this is finally their turning point as they went away from the fridge/ice maker build which caused a lot of issues in the past.
