They're o.k., but lack of armrest makes them less than ideal. I bought this exact chair at Menards (branded in Menards website as "Camp & Go" but packaging says Rio Brands when Menards was selling for $29.99, and I didn't buy another when they dropped to $22.24.

They are nice and spacious in the seat area, and the swing is pretty cool, but bulky for moving and the lack of armrest makes me prefer other styles of chair.

I'm 6'4" so I don't have the dangling legs issue others report. It's a great chair but takes a little practice to get set up and bundled back together when you're ready to go. The 'seat' is suspended on the frame by little cups under the arms of the chair. I hate laying the seat on the ground to get the frame collapsed. Getting the seat to kinda "hug" the frame so it all slides into the flimsy bag they always ship chairs in is the worst part. I haven't had mine a year yet and the bag is already tearing through the bottom.

I have these.
-super comfortable as long as...
-needs a footrest or my feet dangle
-heavy and a bit bulky
-very sturdy
-easy to set up
-less agiles will have trouble getting out of it

Can't speak to the brand but it's $10 cheaper than similar chairs I've seen on sale or clearance at both Sam's and Walmart. Given Costcos return policy I'd think it's a good buy.

Yes, they're normally $60. If you don't mind the color, it's definitely a good buy.

We were not a fan of this style of chair, regardless of price. There are more comfortable chairs for less.

They are way too high for me. My legs dangled in the air. I returned them.

Just noticed the no armrest. Thanks for pointing that out. It's a no go for me.

Can you link to the cheaper chairs you recommend? Thanks.

So what I meant by that, is that regular folding chairs are better. However, the chairs we prefer are a little more expense, they have better design and positioning where you don't feel like you're being folded in half, for a taller person.

The warehouse search in the app has the chair at 51.99 at my warehouse. Haven't checked in actual store

I don't have experience with specifically the chairs you are recommending, but in general I find that 'umbrella-folding' type chairs have a design that make the cross-bars dig into the backside of your thighs; especially if you are heavy. Might not be universally true, but has been my experience with the ones I've tried.

Anyone looking for a decent comfortable lawn chair I would highly recommend the Ozark Trail 'Director's chairs'. Don't be fooled into thinking they are lower quality just cause it's Walmart. They are very well made and are extremely reasonably priced at $30. They are very sturdy. Only con is that they fold flat and not into an 'umbrella'. Though that's what makes more comfortable for me.

We have a pair of these chairs. Biggest complaint not already mentioned is that they get really hot and are not very breathable. Not my cup of tea but My wife prefers these since she's usually more cold-natured.
