Then they should have said: "sorry, price mistake" instead of lying to us. That's the part that actually bothers me. The lying part and the fraudulent part.

I think this is a fraudulent business techniques. They cannot cancel the order. What if we as a customer buy items from them by mistake, pay them money and then decide not to receive the item? Would they refund our money? No they will not. This is ridiculous.

We all need to report this business to BBB and eBay.

They even recalled my order, UPS updated to return to sender.

Four total orders:
1. Makita osc saw. "Awaiting Shipment"

2. Makita sander and Dewalt grinder "cancelled, out of stock" Refunded.

3. Makita circular saw, Makita nailer, Dewalt blower. *edit: refunded today

4. Makita framer nailer *edit: refunded today

What a cluster! Orders placed five days ago and they still haven't processed through. I do have the option of leaving feedback for each individual item.

A what? Two dewalt tools were cancelled. One is paid, and no more updates on the status. What is funny is that the blower kit was delivered yesterday but refunded today. Whatever they smoke, I want some lol
