1 Philippine Peso = 0.017 cents USD
If you are in the Philippines and want to see more of Asia or anywhere they fly, or even returning to the US, Philippine Airlines is having an Anniversary Sale. I did a random one way flight from Manila to Hong Kong (travel May-December 2025) and it was $71 USD on their website directly but $50 via Trip.com.
They are advertising one-way flights starting from 80 Philippine Pesos ($1.38 USD) Level 1 fares. I can't find it but maybe you can.
