These keyboards have known issues with the switches crapping out. Do your research before purchasing this one.

Does razer make the best product? No. But they make a lot of products that all sync in 1 app and that's why I have stuck with them.
This keyboard is MUCH better than it's larger version. The keys sound and feel good and the wrist rest is perfect. Probably not worth what I paid, but easily worth this price if you like to use razer. This is their best keyboard imo.

I've been using a razer x black widow chroma for like 6-7 years no with no issues. I've only deep cleaned it once after 3 years. It is filthy with cat hair and crumbs. No issues.

tech support is non-sense, they just taking about OS driver updated. all I want is bios can recognize it.

Razer is what gamers get when they think that's what gamers get. You pay premium prices for low-to-mid quality products.

This specific keyboard although nice has serious durability issues. I have been through 4 between me and my two kids. All of them start having issues with the switches going bad about 4-6 months into use. Razer support has been miserable and acts surprised at the issue (like it's never happened even though it's widespread on these devices). It's a great keyboard when it works but buy a warranty or expect to toss it out after the manufacturer warranty is done.

Good to know, I hope I don't run into that, I have been lucky so far. Maybe I will finally ditch them if this breaks, starforge has some really nice matching case/giant mousepad/wall art combos I have been looking for an excuse to buy

AFAIK, this specific keyboard with Orange Tactile Switches has double typing issues with the switches. Hopefully you get a good batch; good luck.

I used to be a big razer fan. I have purchased 3 of their keyboards, 3 mice, one of their fancy light up mouse pads, and the RGB controller for my PC. Unfortunately, the quality has gotten worse over time and I just won't be buying any more. The newest of the keyboards has a volume wheel that i thought would be nicer than keys. Nope. When you turn the dial your volume bounces around but not necessarily in the direction you want it to go. And the last year or so I have to unplug it and plug it back in regularly to get it to function at all. A $150 keyboard that works this poorly is unforgivable. The older stuff still works okay, but the newer the product I own the more quality issues they have.

Literally every gaming keyboard has issues.

It is pretty much across all electronic industries. Thank the EU for rules and regularions. The devices don't have much margin so manufscturers ain't making a seperate EU to ROW versions.

We get more eco friendly devices, but they don't last as long or as durable because they trying to move away from using virgin plastic.

Nope. This is not true at all.

This thing for $100 on Woot is a joke. There are many quality choices that will last much longer for less.
