I dint have this one but when I had slipper provlen with other silicon pillows , it was because they actually were in a slim case and werent supposed to have another layer of pillowcase

These are (sadly) not it. I had a fairly firm contoured foam pillow I wanted to replace. These were on sale for $25 back in July so I gave this a shot, but I find it too soft. It's not terrible, but I'm still looking for something better.

These might "holds its shape over time " but it does get softer over time. I had to return mine after 4 months.
