Good price. If I didn't just get one from LG for $2100, I'd be all over this. The 83" B4 is essentially the same as the C4, just not as bright so if you are putting it in a dark room it probably wont make much of a difference. At least that's what I told myself to justify getting it over the C4

Truck or utility trailer. If your City Folk with a Fiat 500 you deal with a 32 inch tv Big Grin.

See... what you gotta do is educate yourself in aerodynamics then add a rudder and a vertical stabilizer.

That's what made me hit the brakes. The 77" would be a nice upgrade to my older 6 series TCL 65, until I saw the peak 100% brightness at 144 nits/50% at 326 nits compared to mine at 700/800 nits, in a room that's brighter most of the day shake head I know how much nicer OLEDs look, but at the same time I have gotten used to being able to leave the curtains open 😂

My last installation experience with Costco wasn't good. They subcontract out to the cheapest local installers now.

Good comparison B4 v C4

https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/c...9540/49541

That comparison is mostly applicable to the smaller sizes. The 83" is much closer to a C4. From their B4 review: "The 83-inch model shares a lot of similarities with the LG C4 OLED. It uses LG's Alpha 9 AI Processor Gen7, supports a 144Hz refresh rate, has three USB ports, and a 2.2 channel speaker system, all of which are the same as the C4. Due to these shared features, we expect the 83-inch model to perform more in line with the C4. However, it doesn't have LG's Brightness Booster technology like the C4 does, so it isn't as bright overall."

The B4 is actually preferred for gaming, especially console gaming. Best Buy had the 48" B4 recently for $499.

I have the 77" B4 and have no problems watching it in a fully illuminated, daylit, room. I understand everyone has their own preferences, but (in my opinion) unless you have the 2 sets side by side I doubt many will notice a difference. The 83" B4 is a B4 panel with C4 guts.

I have a B and a C series. Even in a bright room the B at 77" is SUPER bright, I cant see any PQ or brightness difference between it and my 65" C. Arguably the 77" B is brighter as it's so much bigger. Dont get hung up on Rtings differences you cant see without test equipment. B series is the best deal in OLED since the panels went 120hz, gotta jump to G to notice any real difference.

Coming from an LG CX 65" Im debating on what to get. Primarily for TV use in the day and Gaming PC at night.

Why is B4 better for gaming over C4?

You got downvoted but it's true. Had a bad experience with a washer dryer install with their installed damaging both units. Ended up keeping it cause they're laundry units and wasn't worth the hassle, but you'll want to watch them.

That said, it kinda has nothing to do with this deal and there is no installation included.

Looks like the price is valid through 4/6 so I'm going to take some time to think about it. Was hoping for a C4, but with Costco I could always try it and just return if it really isn't bright enough. I think it would be fine, but all the online reviews say the C4 is better.

Bro I've watched videos and I am considering taking back my c4 to Costco to get a B4 and save 300 bucks. It's a very small difference
