Anyone know if this super fast charge 2.0 for Samsung
It supports PPS pass-through for a single device, but not two

PPS is required for Samsung super fast charging

I doubt it. On the product page it shows that charging 2 Samsung S24's only allocates 27W total for both of them, and doing an S24 and an iPhone only provide 13.5W to the S24.
I could be wrong, but 27w would be considered super fast charging, as that's 25w. Super fast charging 2.0 is 45w. All that said, when my s24u is > 10% battery, 45w charging is ~58m vs 25w at ~70m. So it doesn't seem to seem to save much time for a full charge. It might ramp up to 80% faster though before it tapers off, I haven't timed that.

I keep this cable in all my bags alongside a super-slim 65w pps gan charger. Can't recommend it enough. Phone stays juiced running hotspot alongside the laptop without having to daisychain.

There does seem to be some kind of primary/secondary so I plug it into power then into the thirsty device first before adding a cell phone or lower power device.

It's only 13.5W. When I said 27W I meant for 2 S24's being charged at the same time. They'd SHARE 27W.

Have one, very nice cable and convenient when needing to charge two devices simultaneously, but dang does it feel overpriced. $18 for a cable just seems like too much.
see that box at the Y split, there is circuitry in there to manage the power distribution, and has something to deal with the data transfer even if it is to only one of the devices, this is more than "just a cable". $18 is not an unreasonable price for something like this, esp by Anker.

Would it be accurate to say that there's a little USB hub in that box?

It's a good option for putting the Apple 140W single outlet chargers to better use. Until Apple stops bundling them, of course.

I've had this cable for awhile - got it free from Amazon as a Vine reviewer. Actually, I'm using it right now as I look for online distractions during my law school class. Works really well, and I like to limit my cables I carry around. I recommend it.

The answer is yes BUT it depends on your charging block. Just got it, tried with both of Samsungs 45 watt chargers. The 1.0 Samsung 45 watt charger (horizontal when plugged in ~ came out with the Note10+) will not invoke it. The newer 2.0 Samsung 45 watt charger (vertical when plugged in) will invoke it. Hope that helps.

Optimal battery life is obtained when the phone can continuously interact with the PPS programmable power supply using a certified cable to obtain the exact voltage it needs at any moment to keep battery temperature low while also charging at the fastest rate. How does that occur with two devices charging from one port?

Have one of these. Works fine so far.

While Anker's product quality had been going downhill in recent years, this one seems to be holding up fine so far in my travels.
Happened as soon as they moved production to Vietnam. Wish they still made their GaN chargers in China.
