Been using my refurb L10s ultra everyday for a year. It has been working great without any issues. Since I have two dogs, I make sure to clean it every week.

My L10 ultra from last June has been working great for me. I think the newer version has better roller which has built in blade to cut tangled hair etc.

decided to get the L20 ultra. Seems to have won vacuum wars robot of the year 2023 but my main draw to it is the auto detaching mops for high pile rugs and carpet. Most of my rugs are thick so I dont really trust lifting mop robot vacuums to be able to not get them wet but detecting the rug, mopping around it it and then going back to the base to detach the mops automatically then go vacuum the rugs seems like such an ingenious solution. idk for $439 with a 2 year warranty, seems cheap enough and worth the risk to try it out.

You wont regret. Actually in the app, you can tell the machine not to mop the carpet area, which means it won't spray water and lift up the mop pads. The remaining moisture in the mop pads won't last too long before it dries out.

Does the brush extend as it goes along walls or is it only when it goes to the corner? A ton of dirt gets trapped under my baseboard/skirting.

I got mine about a month ago. Absolutely the best vacuum/mop robot I have owned. So many features, and it does a great job.

I bought one during the last sale ($399 after coupon) and absolutely love it . It has 3 hours of use on it, but looked brand new. Best robovac I've ever had (about 8 over the last 7 years).

got exactly the same model new for not much more expensive than this.. it was maybe like 550? during last years amazon prime day.. and it was even cheaper on black friday.
i'd say wait for it to be on a deal again if you're willing to spend like $50 more for a new condition

Not that I know of. It plans onboard and the patterns in big open areas are consistent mower type but if there are chairs etc it needs to work around those and you get all kinds of neat swirly patterns.
