Still, this would be very effective for airing tires, working with a blow gun, perhaps driving an impact wrench for short bursts (plenty of pressure but tank volume would limit run time and who knows how restrictive the regulator is).
For me the big negative would be noise. Once you are used to a quiet compressor the older loud ones seem really loud.
