I purchased a refurbished QRevo on a previous deal for $430 after reading the reviews which indicated that a lot of the "refurbished" units were actually new - they're moving on to the newer models. Mine arrived brand new - with the 2 year Allstate warranty. I just bought one of these as a housewarming gift even cheaper with the same warranty - we'll see if it's actually refurbished or brand new like mine. In any case, I've been using mine for about 5 months and - after some initial issues where it would drop a mop disc occasionally or get stuck (I have some odd corners / furniture traps) it has actually improved - and my floors are so amazingly clean! Let's face it, I wouldn't mop until and unless I saw a need or had a mood - this thing mops every day and vacuums every day, and I only have to attend the water tanks about once a week and change out the bag about once every 2 months. I really appreciate this vacuum.

I got a refurbished Q5 pro from the eBay official store and it was as good as brand new. No dirt, scratch nothing. Came with 2 year all state warranty and definitely does the job right

Suction is not that great. Last time they also had the Q5 Pro which was cheaper and had 5K suction. I would wait for that one again.
