I just use regular ketchup and add some habanero or scorpion hot sauce. Works well since I'm the only one in the house that likes "hot".

I love this stuff. I tried it late last year and keep buying it when I see it on sale. There is definitely noticeable heat.

Amazon decided to package this in a cheap plastic bag and ship it, the delivery driver delivered an Empty bag. Had to jump through hoops before Amazon agreed to send a replacement. First time in over 10 years I ever had a empty package show up. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen again
