Yes. Got this for $35 at least 5 years ago on a Walmart slick deal.

Still works great with original battery.
Same, I think I spent $60 for a blower, edger, chainsaw, hedge trimmer. Each with a battery and charger. The blower is the only one left and is still going strong.

Is this any good as a leaf blower?
450 cfm is kinda wimpy for blowing leaves. It will move leaves, but will take you quite a while and your battery will not last long enough to do even a small yard. This would be good for hard surfaces (like clearing off the pickleball court!)
By comparison, I have a 600 cfm Toro battery powered blower that I really like. I have a bunch of batteries. That is about the lowest cfm I would want. I have an Echo backpack blower that moves 1100 CFM. If you're going to be moving leaves all day, that's the way to go

I don't have this blower but I have many 40v greenworks tools and love them all. Each one has been great, the chainsaw, pole saw, push mower, and multiple string trimmers.

2.5a battery = 4 minutes. Look for bigger batteries on eBay. I get my Ryobi ones there & they are cheap off brand.
I've got a 40V Greenworks blower with a smaller 2Ah battery (80Wh) and it lasts much, much longer than 4 minutes.

I have only had mine for about a week but have put it through a few tests. It works awesome for small jobs, cleaning the garage, sidewalks, decks, drying the car, blowing light snow off the car etc. I can't comment on wet leaves because I haven't encountered that yet. But I will say that the battery life is incredibly impressive and surprised me. I used it for about 10 minutes off and on with the occasional turbo boost and the battery is still about 80-90%. This is with a quick dry on the car, blowing out the front porch, blowing out the garage, clearing the sidewalk etc. It's definitely not the most powerful but also not weak like some others I have tried that were worse than the exhaust port of a shop vac haha.
If you aren't doing big jobs then this is a great deal!

I bet there is no way you will get 15 minutes on high.

I own this and refer to it as the outdoor hair dryer. Good for dusting but not for leaf blowing.

They also have the string trimmer (tool only) on sale for $59.99. Any thoughts on adding this to get free shipping? https://www.greenworkstools.com/p...ed-bst4000

I am used to them saying stuff like "Up to 30 minutes of runtime" and then that being on the lowest setting. But they do specify high here.

Like Ryobi RY40LB01K 550 CFM says "Over 75 Minutes of Runtime" with the included 40V 4.0AH battery. So 15 minutes on high with 2.5AH sounds reasonable.

In for one. Just need something for the back and front porch, and to dry the cars. For leaves I have a plug in Toro.

If you're looking to clear a forest with this, pick something else. These 40v lines are great for people that have a small front or back yard that keeps their place tidy. Given the size of the blower, anything bigger than a 2ah battery will make this unit off balance strain the arms.

At this price, the batteries alone is worth it. Also a good line to get into if you're starting to transition to the electrical line.

Shipping is too much. Can I order this and another item to get free shipping, And then cancel the other item immediately to still get free shipping on this one? Or the system will add the shipping back once you cancel an item. Anyone knows?
