This is what I buy, although I don't find it as spicy as the regular packs of shin noodles

These instant noodles are pretty good but watch out for the sodium and salt. Relative of mine was eating these on lunch breaks and he was starting to get high bp.

Haha I must be that relative just I do have high blood pressure from eating these I get chest pain almost immediately if not one or two hours later
