I like the art for this game, and downloaded the demo when it came out on steam, the gameplay was not very good, It's been a while since a demo for a game I had wishlisted put me off so bad, it's been a while but the gameplay wasn't great (& my bar isn't that high for beat em ups)

for reference the reviews give this on average a 6/10, which while not a great score, it is still better than my impression when playing the demo.

Maybe some one reading this has played the actual game as well as the demo and can share their thoughts...

My sons and I (4yr / 6yr) beat the game on "Easy". Even at that young age, they found the game very lacking compared to other side scrolling beat-um-ups. I love the IP, enjoyed the graphics but the game is full of glitches and just not really worth more than a $5 nostalgia stroll through the park. Additionally, you can unlock two additional characters but, in beating the game in EASY mode, we still found we had only about 50% of the "files" we needed to unlock them so, we won't even go back to do that. Very disappointing for an IP that both myself and my boys enjoy.
