I like Trader Joe's 72% Cacao Belgian Dark Chocolate, but even that is high in lead, I just learned. Hershey's chocolate is also high in lead, according to this:

TJ "Pound plus" is 17.6 ounces for about 6 or 7 bucks. Better price for better chocolate overall, with less ingredients.
Ghirardelli seems to have the least lead and cadmium, along with a few other lesser known brands, but who knows, maybe they paid off CR. (not saying they did)
It's always a bit of a gamble, but it helps to limit your choices to the healthiest ones available.
All of this being said, it certainly will help me limit my chocolate consumption! A small amount of low sugar, low lead/cadmium dark chocolate per day is actually very healthy.
