During the super bowl time, they sent me a 10% of code, I had to cancel the order at that time and was trying to place another order with additional soundbar and it turned out as one time use. There was no easy way to reach out to them. I sent multiple email and they created a support ticket and finally after 3+ weeks got a new coupon, Wasn't planning to buy it, now thinking about buying it. Please don't ask for the coupon, I already have a family member asking for it in case if i don't buy it.

The 10% off coupon was not working with free soundbar offer.

Yeah, the free soundbar offer is no longer available. The new deal allows you to save 50% on soundbars when purchased with a TV. Additionally, there is now an option to save on other soundbars instead of the free S70TY offered in the previous deal.

Bought the 65in OLED C4 from partner store on march 1st. Said estimated delivery was march 6th but it doesn't arrive on that date. I call LG on the 6th and they tell me i have to call the delivery company LX Pantos. LX says it will be delivered on the 10th and they would call me the day off. LG website still says "awaiting tracking". Honestly kind of regreting buying from this website.

I ordered a G477 with free soundbar on a Sunday and it was here on Wednesday. When I looked up the information, the LG store they shipped it from is like 20 minutes away from me. They ship pretty fast IMO. I'll probably order another TV from them when they have a good deal again.
