Picked up the ThruNite Archer mini in neutral white ($20/$15 for prime members). The thing is amazing. Worth a look.

Also need the lithium rechargeable feature, due to it being COLD. Voltage drops still happen, but it should work better when it is below freezing than this olight with an alkaline battery.

It is the normal price, it has been at that price for maybe 6 months. 405 lumen on high, has strobe, has lockout. Very nice flashlight, I carry it everyday. My wife laughs at me because I am so happy with the dang thing and use it all the time. I feel like 'that guy', using it when maybe I don't need to. I mean I could have just used the flashlight on my phone, but the phone goes back in the pocket and I use the Archer mini.

No. It uses a 10440 lithium and you'd have to charge it separately. It supposedly will put out 300 lumens on them

Of course you could also use a 1.5V AAA lithium and still only get 200 lumens.
