It's not China that you need to worry about, it's Turkey. This says product of Argentina, the U.S. and Canada so it probably is real. Spouse taught me though to only buy "local" honey.

nope its the real thing. commercially processed honey tends to crystalize more slowly than raw honey. that's because all of the particles (mostly pollen grains) have been filtered under high pressure and heat.

It'll reliquify and stay that way if you keep it a bit warmer than ~72 degrees. I keep mine on top of the refrigerator which due to it venting off heat stays about 76-77 and it stays liquid as does coconut oil. If you put it out in the sun or into a big bowl of warm water it'll also do the job.

Local honey is best. Especially for allergies! Take 1 spoon a day and you will stop having some seasonal effects!

The chance of this being real honey coming from Amazon is so low. The actual contents are likely just high fructose corn syrup. Believing what is on the label is at your own risk. Honey, olive oil, and other foods are the most faked foods in the world.

Why would you assume Turkish honey can't be "local" or "natural" honey. just use common sense and buy the natural stuff and avoid the added sugar and preservatives
