I've said this before on other ChuckIt! threads, but I have a couple aggressive chewers and these are the only toys that they can't demolish.

I've recently gotten into shepard sling's/rock slings and they're amazing for throwing tennis balls. A cheap sling will outthrow these 3 to 1 and I can make them for less than a dollar out of nylon webbing and paracord.

Look up Mersa Seatbelt Sling to make your own, or there's a $12 on Amazon I started with that's good.

Great balls but I worry about a strap being molded into the ball. My blue heeler breaks the seam on the balls without a strap - but it does take him weeks/months. Tennis balls survive only for one afternoon.

not entirely true. while I agree for the most part for like ultra balls/sticks, I tried getting the air balls and my mini aussie corgi mix destroyed it in minutes.

Ah! Good to know! That is one of their toys that I have thought of, but not yet tried. LOL... I also have a mini aussie. They show no mercy when it comes to chew toys. That said, I have the 2 ball version of this toy, and it is a dog favorite and it's still holding up well after 3 months.

Former blue heeler mom here! Mine never destroyed these chuckit balls, these were the only ones she couldn't destroy surprisingly.

Same here, my pups destroy everything, ChuckIt! and Kong are the only things have can stand up to it.

My dog isnt a brute force chewer, he does systematic surgeries on toys. If i get him this one, he will probably find out the weak spot, like the strap. And just focus on making a surgical cut across to tear it. He is too smart to figure out he cant chew the ball apart.
