Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern
Time ("ET") on March 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025
("Sweepstakes Period").
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States
and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Prize:
Prizes (1 per Entry Period, 10 total): Each "Prize" is a Mondelēz gift basket, which
consists of a variety of assorted Mondelēz products. The actual components of the gift
basket will rotate each month based on availability and seasonality, and will be determined
in the Sponsor's discretion. One (1) Prize will be awarded in each Entry Period, for a total
of ten (10) total Prizes awarded in the entire Sweepstakes. If, due to a technical,
production, human or other error, more than one (1) entrant receives a winning notification
for a specific Entry Period, the one (1) intended Prize for the applicable Entry Period will
be awarded in a random drawing from among all recipients of such notifications. The ARV
of each Prize is $125
b. Total ARV: The total ARV of all available Prizes in the Sweepstakes is $1,250.
