Thumbs up from me. I am not in the market and not up to speed on the current street prices on graphics card. But these seem to to be good values if you have certain niche needs. A discrete graphics card for $24 is a great troubleshooting tool or a part to revive an old PC.

Good morning. I used a GT 730 to upgrade an older Dell to 4K @ 30Hz and the result was way better than expected on a 39" 4K monitor. Of course it's on light duty graphics wise, but is great for online research and purchasing. Picked up the card free after rebate back in the day...remember when those free after rebate low end graphics cards were a thing?

To be fair I used a GTX 1060 until late 2023 and it served me well even with modern AAA games paired with an OLD i5, so I could see someone still getting plenty of use out of a 1660.

1660 Super looks like a good choice if you can use a power connector

3050 6 GB - Wish it was cheaper aaahhhhh

GT 730 looks like a sidegrade or worse to typical Intel graphics like HD 630, but I didn't look too deeply into it. Obviously, if you need another display, there it is.

The GTX 1660 Super is about the best bang for the buck in the budget gaming space and has similar benchmarks to an RTX 3050. Gotta look a lot harder to find deals since the price explosion on anything Nvidia.

any good deals on a single slot Low Profile GPU that doesn't require any supplemental power? At best it would be used for Minecraft, otherwise just normal tasks and to drive two displays.

This GT 1030 popped up earlier today for $48.99. It's brand new not refurb and the price is right. Older spec with DDR4 and I have no idea how well it will run Minecraft; maybe another member can shed some light on that. But it's low profile, no aux power needed, and will run HDMI and DVI dual setup.

Amazon reviews say it will run Minecraft on low to medium settings. Here's a link; sells for $72.99 there so this is quite a discount.

Thanks I will keep looking as I have 1440P monitors so would need two HDMI or Displayport or one of each etc.
I have been looking at this but of course now that I am ready to jump on it the price went up from 149.99 to over $200

You blindsided me with the 1440P requirement haha. But DVI-D will support 1440P at 60Hz and HDMI will do much more, so a DVI-D to DP adapter might get you where you want to be. Hope you find what you need.

Lol yeah my bad thanks for the input though I have an HP machine with i5 12400 and 32 GB ram so would also like something that isnt the lowest of lows just in case. I have been also looking at the $99 Intel arc a310 eco.

Oh I thought you were upgrading an older machine, which the 1030 would be perfect for as a low dollar solution. I can see you wanting better to hang with the 12400. I've had the same issues as you, locating low profile cards with the right outputs and power requirements at a decent price; it can be frustrating.

I still use my 1060 3gb with my i5-8400. Won't run newer games with heavy graphics requirements very well obviously, but it's still pretty strong.
