Not that there were a lot of comments, but a good percent of them said the deal didn't work for them or that it was out of stock.

I'm assuming by "that guy" you mean Technology Connections. I love his stuff and tried his advice on this but the powder doesn't dissolve all the way, even after following the instructions carefully. Apparently YMMV based on machine. I wish it had worked; all of his assertions seemed like good ones to me.
