Wow. Had that happen with a 4 pack of touch lamps i bought. Was able to get a refund right away though

I ordered these from Walmart when it was recently posted here and received them two days ago. It was a large box with the full 1,000 plates, eight packs of 125 plates each.

We usually buy the 300 pack of 8.5" plates from Sam's Club for around $21. It comes out to $0.07/plate. Aldi's 100 pack of 8.5" plates is $5.99 and comes out to $0.06/plate, which is slightly better than Sam's when they actually have them in stock. This deal would beat Aldi by almost 1.5 cents per unit at $0.045/plate.

This is NOT slick. Walmart already carries 200 plates for $9.97. That's $.049 per plate. This is $.045 per plate. You're saving LESS THAN HALF A PENNY PER PLATE by buying 1000. Not great.

I'm glad you mentioned this because I was if someone didn't.I recently went through this exercise of comparing paper plates at retailers and Walmart can't be beat. They beat Sam's and Costco. Will be buying all plates and bowls from there now on.
