I'm a guy and I use this because it's not too perfumey and works well for me. Men's antiperspirants are too strong for me and overwhelm my senses by the end of the day. This has a nice mild odor.

For me it is. You just have just try it I guess. I can't take strong smelling deodorants or colognes....they give me headaches after awhile.
