Can confirm. I put in a Costco same day order and it shows up as "Instacart" on PayPal. Offer also was activated and shows pending points.

Cashback is up to $100. But this is a repost, there's another thread on this where people have posted on pending points of over $30 so it means the $100 limit is cashback and not spend.
