I bought this 2 months ago and the handle already broke. Also, the charging port is open and it may get wet when washed. You have to wait until it dries until it charges again. Mine already turned green, thinking it's oxidation? I personally wouldn't recommend this. It doesn't blend dry products like nuts. I mainly used it to mix liquid, frozen fruit, yogurt, and ice.
Theres a lot of crevices on the cap/blender part which make it a bit hard to clean but it does give you pipe cleaner like product in the box.

It sucks. Get the Ninja Blast Max. I compared the two and it's like night and day. Design is just kinda crap in a lot of ways as well. Doesn't really vortex in a lot of scenarios, cleaning is worse, blending isn't as good, and you can't even see how well it's been blended without opening it up. It moved on the counter as well. It's just like 25% as good for 75% the price of the Ninja Blast Max, and you're better off going electric in this range otherwise. I love the Ninja Blast Max for making quick smoothies for family daily.
