Great price! However, 100% polyester burns like the petroleum it is made from. That would be a disaster in a fire. Wool is resistant to burning and to odors and retains heat well. Yes, it's more expensive, but more durable.

Many people are allergic to wool so not an option. I bought several of these for gifts last year when they were on sale, everyone loved them. Longer length is great for recliner or across the foot of a bed.
