Doesn't it stain teeth?
There's always a potential, but I can say that it didn't for me personally.

Seem to be same or very close to every day price at Costco...
Costco is $1/oz ($26 for 4 X 6.5 oz). This is $1.05/oz ($14.34 for 4 X 3.4 oz) if you get 5% off S&S. Or $0.92/oz ($12.55 for 4 X 3.4 oz) if you get 15% off S&S.

FYI, unlike regular Sensodyne, this variant (as well as Repair and Protect) doesn't contain a specific anti-sensitivity additive. It just uses stannous fluoride instead of sodium fluoride. That's the same active ingredient (at the same strength) as Colgate Total which I've gotten for less than $2 per tube when it's on sale. All Colgate Total varieties also claim anti-sensitivity properties.

I've been trying to find a toothpaste with stannous fluoride and without SLS with no avail. I've been trying not rinsing my mouth out with water after brushing to glean the effects of the fluoride more, but this ended up aggravating my mouth with sensodyne protect.

This one has SLS which causes canker sores for some people. The normal sensodyne doesn't contain SLS.
Thanks! Got a brutal one on my lip right now and was about to buy these. Good to know!

It might. The active ingredient is stannous fluoride. I've been using it for years though and it hasn't done that, but that's the knock on it. It's worth the risk though, so long as you don't believe that the natural color of teeth is neon white. This is the only type of fluoride widely used in toothpaste that actually prevents cavities (and bad breath). I encourage you to research this for yourself.

All/ Most Sensodynes variants have same active ingredient but they all claim different benefits on the packaging. It it just marketing or is there some truth to it?

This is true when the fluoride is "stannous fluoride," which can stain teeth.
Yes, this Sensodyne formula contains Stannous Fluoride, which may stain (Sodium Fluoride does not, but Stannous Fluoride can build up a protective layer while Sodium Fluoride just strengthens existing enamel), and this formula does not contain Potassium Nitrate, which is the active ingredient that reduces sensitivity in some other Sensodyne formulations.

Every day costco price is $26 for 26oz, $1/oz. But it's for advanced whitening instead of this formula. Is this formula more expensive normally?
