I got the Worx batteries for Impact/Drill driver.

Is this a good price for a tool like this? What's the best price for something similar with Ryobi for example? I've got lots of tools and batteries with Ryobi also.
Looks like ryobi is $99 regular price. So discount tools sales should get this for far lesser..?
