Great price.

You should always leave a pull line in walls when you pull any new electrical, Cat6 or whatever.

Saves you, or the next person a ton of time.

When I built my last house, I put a one inch PVC pipe in the wall from the top plate down to an empty receptacle box with a blank plate on it. That way there's an easy way to run any wire for some future technology. It would be cool if it was a standard consideration. Very cheap and easy to do.

No, it would have to be exposed to UV light, some corrosive, or very long term oxidation. No nylons dry rot.
