issue is -> the light is not focussed like a torch. its spreads the light and does not see any use of it.
also the rechargeable battery etc.. hard to use.. as its an occational use, and we do not need to keep the battery chargining/insert into the torch etc..
a regular $5 one is better in my usage.
Bought a 3 pak this AM in north Georgia. 3 pack for $19.99.
Flashlight is solid. Very bright. I will admit thr focus is not as good as it could be. Usb C plug is fine as long as u line it up thr first time. I have not tested outside yet but it is pretty bright. Nice for car. Costco with 12 Duracell AAA cells if u wish to power via battery vs rechargeable cell..
The charger pack CAN be charged outside of flashlight. Usb c plug in is fine if u lone it up the first time. Only issue i have found so far is I wish it had an indicator light that went on /off when charging to know when all charged.
Comes out to $6.50 each for me. One in my car. One in wife's car and one in house. Perfect.

Correction on my part.. The unit does have a tiny led light that does illuminate when charging.

And they light up very well especially when you use the focus beam
