Maybe nobody connects devices to their TV anymore. Just Wi-Fi, Netflix and chill.
Kitchens - plywood (a form of pressed wood, just not composite)
Bath vanity - pressed wood
Dressers & night stands pressed wood.
Maybe with the exceptions of a sofa frame, chairs (that tend to be pine wood), bed frames, and a table here or there.
Solid wood will maybe have about 15yrs tops left to be found in things, outside of pine and some eucalyptus (which are usually sustainably grown).
And most think "oh but my dresser is wood, I can tell by the finish". It's probably wood veneer. What is wood veneer? Pressed wood with a thin wood laminate(veneer) pressed on it.
Go figure, not that anyone gives a fork. But that's just my 2 pence…
