You can zoom in and see how the Carlyle is identical to the ICON non-slip ends.

Torque Test Channel testing, and showing that the ICON, Milwaukee and Carlyle are from the same factory.
For instance, the Milwaukee are much shorter than the ICON or Carlyle, but have the InFar head.

So this is a good deal?
Here's another video, a hands-on Carlyle/Icon comparison. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_uFDQI
The Icon set is a 14 piece (adds 6, 7, 8mm) vs this 11-pc Carlyle. Arguably those 3 extra wrenches aren't very useful sizes in a long pattern, anti-slip wrench set. The Icon set went down to a low of $70 once or twice during the last 12 months, it's normally nowhere near this price either.

But it could be even better for some people; because there are 6000 NAPA stores, and only 1500 Harbor Freight stores. So if you somehow break a wrench, you are way more likely to have a NAPA shop close by (and if you work in an auto shop, NAPA comes twice a day, rather than waiting for a weekly 'tool truck' visit from MAC or something.
Or wait for the yearly ICON wrench sale and get their set for $80
Can't go wrong either way...one of those will be 'the' deal for you.
Most popular kits top out at 19mm or 3/4"
In my entire life, I don't think I've ever used any of my wrenches past 30mm, and once in a while a 36mm socket.
YMMV
What we all seem to forget is the individual product development teams, which often retain control of everything from the overall dimension, choice and grade of steel/materials used, heat treatment, quality control, warranty services, and any number of other options not immediately apparent to consumers.
In this instance, Carlyle, Milwaukee, and Icon are all reasonably good brands offering great value. Are they perfect, no. But they'll serve you well, even in a professional trade.
If the warranty is important, pick the product or vendor with the greatest availability. Do you have a NAPA near by to help answer questions and process warranty claims? If not, consider the alternative.
All that said, I believe Home Depot may offer some the better value with the 15 peace Milwaukee set available for about $90. If you're looking for both SAE/Metric you can achieve slightly better value purchasing the combined set.
Again, nothing against Carlyle, and at this price it's definatly great value. For me, the value in the alternative is just a little better.
Thanks OP for sharing!

If you find out you start needing wrenches larger that this set, you add on the Jumbo set.
For instance, you might well find that you never use an open ended 20mm wrench. I don't even carry one in my mobile set.
Unlike Harbor Freight, Carlyle sells individual wrenches. So you can cherry-pick the sizes you personally need; without buying a jumbo kit. Might make sense for some.
