Good deal. I you do buy this, don't use the 12.0 batteries that come with it, nor the 8.0 batteries in any of the dual battery tools. Never had a problem until I bought and started using the dual battery blower. The cells have gotten unbalanced in 3 of my batteries now. Bought a single battery blower kit with forge that was posted here a few days ago. Selling the dual battery blower.

Are you able to cancel extra items after placing the order, or do you have to go return them?

You have to set pickup at two different stores if you want the mower, select pickup at closest store, other 4 items at a different store. You have to login through email or website within 30-45 minutes to cancel the other tools you don't want. Cant do it through the app. Some stores have the new forge batteries included in the mower kit which makes this deal really good. I'm going to stop by my local store and see which ones they have. I'd buy another one with forge batteries and sell my old one.

"The answer to another question stated you should not pull the mower backward. How are you supposed to deal with tight spaces and other situations where you need to move back??"

Hey there! I would recommend powering the mower down when reversing then restarting it when continuing forward!

I've owned my dual battery blower for 3 years, mower 1 year, and never had an issue. The key is to stop once the charge drops to 1 bar. Batteries are not forgiving if they are fully depleted.
