What are you looking to power and for how long? That will dictate if this particular deal is good or not. While this item may work for some it may be the wrong solution for others.

How does it compare to the Delta 2 that I own? I like mine, but with I could connect it simultaneously to a 100Ah battery and a solar panel. But I only have one DC input for solar/battery. That or a power pole input/output with high amperage capacity. Looks like some Deltas have extra ports, but it's very confusing to know how many and at what capacity. Delta pro, Delta 2 max, Delta 3, Delta plus and Delta whatnot. Ugh.

I had the same urge. Amazon had a lightning deal 10 days ago and got a Delta 2 for $214 and love it. Using it now as a backup for my sump pump and don't know how I went without.
