Timing: The Bimbo® Your Groceries On Us Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game (the "Promotion") starts on February 24, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents at least 18 years of age at time of entry.

PRIZES:

GRAND PRIZES (8) (One (1) awarded per Entry Period): Each Grand Prize winner will receive groceries for one (1) month, awarded in the form of a $1,000 gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $1,000.00.



INSTANT WIN PRIZES:

TIER ONE (168) (Twenty one (21) per Entry Period): Each tier 1 prize winner will receive groceries for one (1) week, awarded in the form of a $250 gift card. ARV of each tier 1 prize: $250.00.

TIER TWO (400) (Fifty (50) awarded per Entry Period): Each tier 2 prize winner will receive one (1) full-value coupon, redeemable for one (1) Bimbo product up to $12.00 in value. ARV of each tier 2 prize: $12.00.
