"Electrolytes are specialized minerals, like sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphate, and magnesium. Transporters such as glucose allow your body's cells to effectively absorb electrolytes, and as a result, bring fluid in as well via osmosis."

1/8 tsp potassium chloride
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp magnesium malate
1 pack of True Lemonade mix (various flavors)
5g L-Glutamine
3g Creatine HCL (Con-cret brand)
The last two can be left out if you don't want them. Obviously, you have to have time to measure, and it's not as convenient. However, it saves me a lot of money, and I know what's going on my drink. I suffered from constant leg cramps after working out, and now I rarely get them. Liquid IV was my go-to since I have a sensitive stomach that can't handle sugar alcohol, but it was getting expensive.
