1/8 tsp potassium chloride
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp magnesium malate
1 pack of True Lemonade mix (various flavors)
5g L-Glutamine
3g Creatine HCL (Con-cret brand)
The last two can be left out if you don't want them. Obviously, you have to have time to measure, and it's not as convenient. However, it saves me a lot of money, and I know what's going on my drink. I suffered from constant leg cramps after working out, and now I rarely get them. Liquid IV was my go-to since I have a sensitive stomach that can't handle sugar alcohol, but it was getting expensive.

i bet those 2 ingredients are super cheap, just immediately mix em all together when you get em and you have a "batch" add that to whatever you drink.

as for the salt...I've heard some people use sea salt or himalayan salt, so that's some variations people can try
