Says a bunch are available for delivery and then when I continue in delivery options it complains "The quantity requested is no longer available for Scheduled Delivery for some of these items."
What a pain. I don't even care about scheduled delivery. I'll take em next week. sheesh.

Good deal on a fan IF you have the batteries already. The cheapest 2.0 AH battery for this is like $115.

Had this in my cart & almost pulled the trigger, but caught that it is for 40V batteries, I only have 18V batteries. The 18V version has 2 speeds, no charging port, much less CFM, & is $5 more. Think I'll hold off for a better price on that one.
The 40v has DOUBLE the "V", so naturally it's going to produce more "power" and CFM.

And the 40v battery will likely last a looooong time, vs an 18v.

Thanks for the heads up on the 40V! I wonder if I would have caught that as I was about to begin to purchase.
The headline says "40V". Did you not realize that Ryobi has both 18v and 40v tools?

Sometimes when I jump into a deal, those "little" details get blurred.

Thank you for pointing out that my reading comprehension is not great. Do you feel better now ?

I got this mainly for the USB-C and to test the 2 40V batteries that came with the clearance lawnmower I just bought... there have been reports of these 40V batteries failing quickly when in items that have been sitting on shelves for a year or two. The first one battery is still "testing", I started the fan on medium speed at 2PM CDT, so like 6.5 hrs ago for me, and it is STILL going... and the battery still shows full with 4 solid bars on the charge level tester built into the battery.

I normally don't screw with battery powered fans because they don't last very long, this is CRAZY. This works out to be a great solution for storm season when we lose power overnight... I don't have to pull out a full blown power station to run the fan so I don't sweat all night wth no AC and high humidity, It is small and noisy, but it moves enough air for that purpose, and looks it can run continuously for at least a day.

Might take you awhile to finish testing the run time but here's the max runtime from Home Depot.

Should I take the portable AC when I go camping? Or any other situation where I'm not next to an outlet

Nice... I'll pair it with a spare 2ah battery for a portable golf cart fan this summer. Should run a full round of golf on high with no problem, and the 2ah battery shouldn't make it super heavy.

Good idea. I've got a "spare" 2ah battery that I got with the 40V Power Washer I got on clearance, so can use that to make the combo ultra portable vs a 4/5ah battery.

Anyone have any issues trying to REGISTER this item, or the 40v Light Topper, with Ryobi?

It's showing up on their Product Pages, but their registration system isnt accepting the model number(s). Weird.
