I got some of these a long time ago. I really liked that they are not covered in chocolate, no melting, no mess, and they taste great. The problem is that they are 260cals with only 11g protein, and 15g of added sugar. It's got more added sugar than protein, which to me makes this more of a candy bar than a protein bar. It's a great product if you are looking for a sweet snack but if you are looking for some sort of protein supplement this is not it.

Edit: those are the stats for the larger bar, the mini is the same ratios just 1/2 the size.
