The tiny amount of protein and vitamin C this gives you is not worth the 3g of sugar, health wise. Biotin has no proven benefits. And pure alpha vitamin E is probably actually bad for you. (If you don't get mixed tocopherols alpha will crowd out the others)
If you want candy, just get candy.
Use this same $ to get vitamin D3/K2 in coconut oil, zinc, and magnesium if you really want to improve health.

I've bought this on sale for $6 a couple times (200 ct) and it looks like you can only get the 80 ct for that price now, so the price itself isn't slick historically speaking. The problem is the gelatin will definitely start sticking together before you finish the bottle, even in a room that never gets hot. I tried both the 80ct and 200 ct then I switched brands, I think it was decent while I used it but I wouldn't buy more.

Certain drugs do different things; sometimes. I did notice biotin made my facial hair thicker an i would bleed from plucking/waxing it. I'd avoid stress as a the first player to what we are trying to fix here.

Also my nails. Thicker. Something around the time of stopping this made them weaker than ever before. I could watch my nails have different thickness of layers according to the biotin supps I took

I used to take the one without collagen and I think if helped with hair growth not volume. I stopped because I read biotin doesn't really help and because of added sugars in the gummy vitamins.
