The River Pro is rated at 768 WH; about 700 usable. Last summer I did a "what if" trial run where I used a 1228 watt hour power station to run my 12v freezer for 2.5 days with daily opening of the lid to check the contents and inside temps. My test area was in my garage where it was never below 70 degrees and reached 115F both days. No recharging of the battery during that time. DC freezers are very efficient and the compressor only kicks on when needed.
The laptop - usually 40-60 AC watts, if used on the DC circuit (maybe get a dc / cigarette lighter splitter or converter?) would probably be negligible. If you plug only into the station's AC outlets, it converts voltage from the DC battery and uses a lot of energy compared to direct dc power.
If you have a 100 watt solar panel you can plug in while stationary, it should be fine to keep the battery topped off during those few days you need it.
